Shipping Container truck twist locks are designed to be installed into truck trailers to allow easy and quick connection of shipping container to them. They are available ready to be welded into any truck bed.  Trailer twist locks can be used in many other applications where a shipping container needs to be connected quickly to a frame or base including such applications as shipping container trolleys and shipping container casters.

Our Truck Twist Locks are available in both short and long handle allowing for variations in you truck body. Both types work in an identical manner and are perfect for all truck and trailer shipping container connection applications.

We have recently added to our product range the Long Pin truck and trailer twist lock. The Long Pin twist lock functions the same as the standard truck twist lock to secure shipping containers safely to your truck and trailer for transport. The Long Pin truck and trailer twist lock however has approximately an additional 50mm extension beyond the standard twist lock to reach containers in non-standard conditions.

The Long Pin truck twist lock is ideal in situations where you have to position the container to avoid obstacles on the bed of the truck. Raised side rails on the truck bed are the most common cause of having to lift your container, something that the Long Pin twist lock is perfect for. The Long Pin truck and trailer twist lock is welded into the frame of your truck bed or potentially into a skel that needs a lift or levelling.

The Long Pin twist lock is sold standard with the 50mm spacer block. The spacer block becomes the point at which your container lands onto your truck, raising the container above the level of the obstacles below
